They host learning sessions by telephone on a range of life-changing topics. The CSSS Cavendish is a public health establishment committed to the principle
that each individual has access to health and social services that respond to his or
her needs at every stage of life. The Caregiver Support Centre responds to the
needs of caregivers and provides support in their daily living. The Centre offers
direct and easy access to services, a flexible and varied type of response, and
encourages the active participation of caregivers in its operation, decision-making

Spearheaded by the Caregiver Support Centre of the CSSS Cavendish, the
Professionals Networking for Caregivers (PNC) is a committee composed of 36
professional partners from various organizations in the Montreal health and social
service network. The mission of the PNC is to 1) Share information and identify
gaps in services, 2) Build solidarity among professionals working with caregivers,
3) Sensitize professionals and the population at large to caregiving issues,

The Regroupement des aidantes et aidants naturels de Montréal (RAANM) was founded in 1992. It's mission is to contribute to the promotion of a better quality of life for caregivers. The RAANM has assumed a central role in the movement to ensure better supports for caregivers through its work in the areas of advocacy, sensitization and dissemination of caregiver narratives and experiences.
